At MAEGERI FIGHT GEAR, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our gear is engineered to withstand intensive training and sparring sessions. If something is unexpectedly wrong with your product, we will resolve it quickly for you.
Your Statutory Legal Guarantee in the EU
As a consumer within the European Union, you are always entitled to the statutory legal guarantee. This means that a product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it.
All of our gear comes with a statutory legal guarantee of at least 2 years from the moment of delivery. If the product fails to meet quality standards within this period under normal use (for example, due to a manufacturing defect or loose stitching), you are entitled to a free repair, a replacement product, or (if that is not possible) a full refund of the purchase price.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?
MMA is a contact sport where materials are subjected to heavy stress. Damage resulting from factors outside of manufacturing defects cannot be covered under the legal guarantee. This includes:
- Normal wear and tear: Natural wear of the (synthetic) leather, padding, or velcro closures caused by intensive use on punching bags or during sparring.
- Improper maintenance: Damage or unpleasant odors caused by not allowing the gloves/shin guards to dry properly, or damage from washing them in a washing machine.
- Misuse: Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
How to claim warranty?
Have you discovered a defect in your gear? Please follow these steps:
- Use our contact form for stating your order number.
- Attach a few clear photos or a short video that clearly show the defect.
- Briefly describe how and when the defect occurred.
Our team will assess your request within 7 working days and will contact you directly with a suitable solution.
