They fit perfectly and offer good protection during training on the punching bag.
I was looking for a set of MMA style sparring gloves when I found these and am thankful I did. They have a heavier padding than normal MMA gloves, but still allow full range of motion in the fingers. I have used them both on the bag and in sparring and they are great. I was able to grapple as well as strike (not full power) without issue. They are as comfortable as any gloves I've had. They definitely feel closer to a large size than an XL.I wish they had a bit more support in the wrist for bagwork, as I don't think I could fit wraps on under them, but for sparring when you're not going for a knockout, these are a great value.

This pair of gloves are well made. The design is protective at the key areas, while breathable and flexible. The size is a little bit smaller than expected. I got the size L-xL and they fit my teenage son but not my adult husband. The material is synthetic leather. The stitching is good. Great for hitting double ended bag or receiving mittens.
